Procedure for Returning Utica product to Cooper Power Tools for Service or Calibration

1. Contact Utica Customer Service at (800) 845-5629, Fax (803) 359-0822 for a Returned Goods Notification Number (RGN) prior to returning the item for service or calibration.
2. Send a purchase order to Utica Customer Service referencing both the RGN number and the model number of the item being sent in for service or calibration.
3. The RGN must be listed on the outside of the package.
4. Customer service will direct shipment to one of the above service centers.
